Refund & Return Policy

At GasPro Detection, we supply genuine Honeywell gas detection equipment sourced through authorized distributor channels. Because these devices are classified as industrial safety equipment, our return policy follows strict guidelines to ensure product integrity and compliance.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only for the following conditions:
- The item received is defective upon arrival.
- The item received is damaged during delivery.
- The item received is not the item ordered.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to safety, calibration, and compliance requirements, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or activated gas detectors
- Devices that have been turned on, tested, or exposed to gas
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Items without original packaging or documentation
- Clearance or discounted items
- Consumable components (e.g., sensors, filters, calibration gases)
3. Honeywell Manufacturer Warranty
All products are covered under the official Honeywell manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims (defective units) will be processed in accordance with Honeywell’s policies. Refunds are not provided for warranty cases unless required by applicable consumer law.
4. Refund Approval Process
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the unit.
You will be notified via email whether the return is:
- Approved
- Rejected (with explanation)
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable service.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
