The company was founded by operators with hands-on experience in the gas detection distribution industry across Southeast Asia, including large-volume supply and technical support environments. We apply that same operational standard to how we source, recommend, and support our products in Australia.

Yes. All products supplied by Gas Pro are genuine, factory-new units from the original manufacturers. We do not sell refurbished, used, knock-offs, or “gray market” equipment. Each detector comes with the manufacturer’s standard warranty and documentation.

Yes. We can reserve units for a short period while awaiting purchase order or payment confirmation. Please request a quote and note which units you would like reserved in the order details.

In many cases, yes. If the model you need isn’t shown on our website, contact us with the brand and model details in the notes. We can check availability through our supply channels and let you know whether we can source it and the expected lead time.

If your unit arrives damaged or shows a factory defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and coordinate the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or manufacturer warranty processing depending on the situation. We work directly with our supply channels to ensure genuine warranty support is honoured.

Once payment is received, your units move into preparation. This may include calibration where required, followed by packaging and shipment booking. If payment is received early in the day, dispatch preparation often begins the same day; otherwise, it continues the next business day.

Shipments are typically sent via major express couriers such as DHL. Based on past deliveries, many orders arrive within a few business days, but transit time ultimately depends on courier handling and customs processing. For planning purposes, we recommend allowing up to 1–2 weeks in case of unexpected delays. A tracking number is provided once shipped.
